Rupert flies Over the Suspension Bridge

Rupert flies Over the Suspension Bridge

Suzie, the director of Heart and Sold, offered this painting to Kate and Wills for their new baby, when he/she is born. And much to our delight Suzie got a reply from St. James’ Palace to say that they would like the painting and that The Duke and Duchesse of Cambridge wish to thank the artist, Miss Fawley for it.  And send her their best wishes.

It is such an honour for this to happen, and I’m sure that the baby will love it. The colours are amazing. It is large. 36 x 12 inches and painted with acrylic paint.

I did three balloon paintings and this one is my favourite. I hope it will be their favourite, too.

So the painting is now on its way and I really hope they will like it.

About Tazia Fawley

I started painting seriously about 10 years ago. My main interests are sea-scapes and land-scapes. I live in Somerset in the UK and have had a number of local exhibitions. I enjoy working in acrylic paint and find that it is a versatile medium and sympathetic to my way of working. I am a self-taught painter and am fascinated by colour, pattern and design.
